This is by no means a simple topic, yet it is fundamental to so many layers of our lives: community, personhood, government/governance, corporatism.

But the debate is heading in an unfortunate direction.

Black and white, partisan answers just don’t stand up to informed scrutiny. Yet so much of the coverage of the issues raised are tainted by the ‘post-expert’ lens that all to frequently inform published media.
