I am incredibly proud to have led the ideation, design, development, and release of LeapForward’s Version 2 app—a transformative leap from our initial web-based MVP to a mobile app for Apple and Android devices that integrates market-leading behavioral science, redefining the return-to-work support landscape.

However, as many in the startup ecosystem understand, the path of innovation isn't always linear. Despite our successes, the realities of the market and funding landscapes have led to some tough decisions.
