I think this is one of those 2-10 change drivers: organisations will massively overstate/overestimate the ‘short term’ impact (2ys), but completely miss the longer term (10yrs) impact.

It is critical to monitor how life, markets, business and politics respond, but short term decisions will look hasty in retrospect.
